Our members include men and women of all ages who ride a variety of different bikes.

We ride every Sunday morning over a variety of routes which provides you with experience of all aspects of bike control, hazard recognition and planning for good progress.

We will help you to prepare all the way for the IAM assessment and we are extremely proud of our record of passes.

You are welcome to join us on any Sunday where you will initially have a chat with one of our observers.
(NB: Female riders can elect (subject to availability) to have a female observer.)
This chat is to determine what it is that you want to get out of your training and it gives us an idea of your riding experience to build on.

It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have.
You will be accompanied by a fully qualified observer for an initial assessment ride, who will provide feedback on your riding.

If you are happy with what has been achieved and you wish to start learning advanced riding techniques , you will be invited to enrol in the IAM 'Skill For Life' scheme.

The total cost of this is £109, which includes:

There is no fee to pay each time you come - Just the one off fee, as above.
We do not expect you to pay or subsidise petrol costs for the observers.

We have a strong observer group with a variety of personalities, ages, riding styles and motorcycles.

Where possible you will have the same observer to partner up with each Sunday. This allows maximum continuity to your training.

Our main goal is to improve your riding up to and beyond the standard required for the IAM assessment.

And remember, the first assessment ride is FREE, and no commitment - So you have nothing to lose, but plenty to gain!
